7:00 pm – OPTIONAL – Constellation’s Crew will perform a findraiser concert at Aberdeen High School for Grays Harbor Historic seaport. If you wish to attend, contact Hank for details. The vessels Lady Washington, Hawaiian Chieftain, and Nina will be in port for the event.
Wednesday, July 2
Optional activity. The brig Lady Washington has invited Shanty Campers to sail from Port Townsend to Vashon Island as part of the Tall Ships 2008 flotilla. The cost is $145 per person, including meals. We board at Port Townsend approx 7:30 am, arrive at Vashon late afternoon. Hank will make shuttle arrangements to get people back to Port Townsend for their vehicles. Call directly to Lady Washington at 1-800-LADY to make reservations. Confirmed music leaders include Hank Cramer, the Maskews, Mark Iler, and Jessie McKeegan (Constellation’s Crew).
